Overview
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the service date, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or service exchange.
To qualify for a refund, the service must not have been utilized, and it should be in its original scope and terms as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Exceptions to Refunds
Certain situations do not qualify for refunds:

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Additional Costs
Please note, if a refund is approved, any additional costs, like travel or specific materials ordered for your property, may be deducted.
